February 25, 2006

I was pretty sure that I’d written about this, but I can’t seem to find it on the site anywhere. Maybe I just read about it and then stuffed it in the “Hmm… that’s neat” compartment of my brain. February 18, 2006

Yesterday I woke up feeling a little under the weather, and by noon I was pretty sure I was going to die. This didn’t stop me from applying for more jobs though. Nothing can stop me in my quest to have as many jobs as possible this year (it makes me feel better to say it’s a “quest”).

Anyway, I now have several new job leads; it’s sort of like fishing, but with about 37 different poles all at the same time. It’s tough deal, but practice makes perfect. Sometimes I wonder if it would be better to have more practice at staying in a job than simply in getting new ones, but what do I know.

On The Move

Thursday, February 9th, 2006

In keeping with the Andrew tradition of never holding a job for more than a month, I quit my job and got a new one this week. It’s a good feeling to know that I don’t have to get up at seven on Saturday and then spend ten hours scrubbing paint dribbles off of woodwork. Though, I’m already a little concerned about my new job.
